In 2021, A.R.Tu.R., the kidney cancer patient association in France, Magali Pons, Senior Dietitian at Gustave-Roussy, UniLaSalle and Ipsen collaborated to publish a series of recipe booklets celebrating seasonal ingredients and flavours. The seasonal recipe booklets are now available in English.

The aim of these booklets is to help you choose foods and ways of preparing them that will help alleviate the side effects of treatment, maintain sufficient food intake by increasing the calorific value of dishes and, if necessary, aid swallowing by adapting the texture of a dish. Patients give their own advice on how to cook differently and in harmony with the seasons. This helps to ensure nutritional quality and helps us to cope better with difficult times.
